DMOZ:
This site is listed in DMOZ which is an excellent ranking factor. A new site is very unlikely to get listed in DMOZ and so therefore it is more difficult to compete in the Google and other search engine rankings.

Yahoo:

The domain will be hosted for free on a unique hosting account and access will be given to cpanel and wp-admin, if a WordPress Blog is used, and the “Tenant” will have exclusive access to that. Administrative contacts and ownership will remain with TLDRentals.com or their representatives or the site owners in the case of TLDRentals.com providing an intermediary service.

Contracts are binding on both parties with any disputes resolved through the courts or through arbitration, which will always be the first step.

The content that is due to be put up in the next week is just there to make sure that Google and the other search engines start ranking the site higher. We will be tracking the rankings and if the site is not rented quickly we will provide this information to interested parties.
